RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the calendar of meeting dates for the 2023 calendar year for the Board of Directors and the following Committees: Administration, Legislative and Public Affairs, Operations, and Steering.

BACKGROUND
According to Resolution No. OCSD 21-04 - Rules of Procedure for the Conduct of Business of the District, Section (1)(A), a regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Sanitation District will be held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
The four standing committees also meet regularly as follows:

First Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. |

• Legislative and Public Affairs Committee |
Second Monday of various months at 4:30 p.m. or as noted below |

• Administration Committee |
Second Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. |

• Steering Committee |
Fourth Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. |
Staff is recommending the following dates for the 2023 calendar year. Should the need arise for a change in date or time, advance notice will be given to the Board of Directors or Committee.
