BACKGROUND

 

Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) Project No. P1-128A, Headquarters Complex will construct a new Headquarters Building on the northside of Ellis Avenue to house administrative, technical, and engineering staff.  The Headquarters Complex will also include a Board Room and a pedestrian/utility bridge over Ellis Avenue to Plant No. 1.

 

Construction started in July 2021 and completion is scheduled for December 2023.  Staff will present updates on the furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) procurement, and educational exhibit design and fabrication.
