RELEVANT STANDARDS

                     Protect OC San assets

                     Sustain 1, 5, 20-year planning horizons

Ensure the public’s money is wisely spent

Maintain a proactive asset management program

                     24/7/365 treatment plant reliability

TIMING CONCERNS

The GM Work Plan requires adoption of the 2022 Asset Management Plan by December 31, 2022.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The 2022 NPDES permit requires the submittal of an Asset Management Plan by August 2023 and an updated plan every 5 years.  The 2021 Asset Management Plan was transmitted to the EPA in January 2022.
