BACKGROUND
Each month, staff provides an informational presentation on topics of interest to the Board of Directors. This month’s topic: Orange County Sanitation District Human Resources (HR) Department Overview.
This presentation will provide an overview of the HR team, core functions, and key initiatives. The Human Resources Department is central to driving organizational success by designing and implementing initiatives that optimize employee performance through targeted training and development, foster a positive employer-employee relationship, ensure compliance with legal standards, and provide a safe and secure work environment through proactive measures.
