Appoint an Ad Hoc Committee of the Board of Directors consisting of five members re: General Manager Recruitment.

BACKGROUND
The General Manager has announced his retirement for February 9, 2023. The Board Chairman is recommending the formation of an Ad Hoc Committee consisting of five members to work over the next six months on the recruitment and selection of a new General Manager. The Ad Hoc Committee will make a recommendation to the Board of Directors for the final selection.

PROBLEM
The General Manager has announced his retirement for February 9, 2023.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
Create an Ad Hoc Committee of the Board of Directors for the recruitment and selection of an incoming General Manager.
TIMING CONCERNS
The recruitment and selection process should begin in September 2022, to allow time for a smooth transition.
