Adopt Resolution No. OC SAN 23-02, entitled: “A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Sanitation District commending James D. Herberg for his outstanding contributions and dedication to public service as General Manager of the Orange County Sanitation District”.

BACKGROUND
The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) wishes to acknowledge General Manager Jim Herberg for his many contributions to OC San during his tenure as General Manager.
The Resolution is a formal commendation recognizing Mr. Herberg’s term as General Manager and the accomplishments to which he contributed while serving.
