BACKGROUND
A Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is a way to communicate selected financial data to a broad audience. Information is extracted from the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and compiled into a separate report specifically designed to be readily accessible and easily understandable to the general public and other interested parties without a background in public finance. This is the first year Orange County Sanitation District has prepared a PAFR.
