BACKGROUND

Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) utilizes an off-road mobile telescopic boom crane (9-Ton) within the treatment plants to support the hoisting and lifting needs of equipment maintenance in all types of terrain. It also provides critical emergency-response capability, including the installation and removal of flow-management gates. The unit can be transported between OC San facilities as operational and maintenance needs arise.
