BACKGROUND
As part of the Energy and Digester Gas Master Plan Study, Orange County Sanitation District has reviewed alternate energy generation and storage options for potential energy resilience improvements and cost savings benefits. Staff will provide an informational presentation that includes an overview of these findings.

• Ensure the public’s money is wisely spent
• Maintain a culture of improving efficiency to reduce the cost to provide the current service level or standard
• Use all practical and effective means for resource recovery
