BACKGROUND
Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) recently completed a Cost-of-Service Study to evaluate the costs associated with providing wastewater services and to develop proposed rates for the next five years, Fiscal Years 2027-28 through 2031-32.
Building on the information presented last month, staff will provide an overview of the proposed five-year rate schedule.
