BACKGROUND

Plant No. 1 Maintenance Building A houses the rebuild shop support facilities and equipment. The rebuild shop is a support function of the Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) where major mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and structural components are rebuilt or fabricated.
