BACKGROUND
Development of the 2020 Asset Management Plan Report is included in the General Manager’s Fiscal Year 2020-21 Work Plan. The Asset Management Plan documents the condition of all critical Orange County Sanitation District assets and identifies and prioritizes the short to long-term plan for asset maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement.

• Protect Orange County Sanitation District assets
• Sustain 1, 5, 20-year planning horizons
• Ensure the public’s money is wisely spent
• Maintain a proactive asset management program
• 24/7/365 treatment plant reliability
