Review and provide staff direction on the upcoming calendar of meeting dates for the Legislative and Public Affairs Committee.

BACKGROUND
According to Resolution No. OC SAN 21-04, Rules of Procedure for the Conduct of Business of the District, the Legislative and Public Affairs Committee meets regularly on the second Monday of various months at 4:30 p.m. or as noted below.
The Board of Directors approved the following dates for the 2021 calendar year in February 2021. A new concern arose and the need to possibly change the date or time of this Committee’s meetings to accommodate Committee members’ schedules will be readdressed.
The approved dates for the 2021 calendar year are:
jANUARY - dark
March 8, 2021 - 4:30 p.m.
April 12, 2021 - 4:00 p.m.
May 10, 2021 - 4:30 p.m.
JUNE - DARK
July 12, 2021 - 4:00 p.m.
AUGUST - DARK
